Abstract

This audit report is provided for your information and use. This report discusses our review of agency management of the contract closeout process for Iraq Relief and Reconstruction Fund Projects. We considered comments received on the draft of this report from the Assistant Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Policy and Procurement) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers when preparing the final report. The comments are addressed in the report, where applicable, and the written responses are included in the Management Comments section of this report.
