Analysis of the 314th Contracting Squadrons Contract Management Capability Using the Contract Management Maturity Model (CMMM)

Abstract

This research project provides an assessment of the contract management capability of the 314th Contracting Squadron located at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The assessment uses a questionnaire covering the six phases of the contract management process. The purpose of this research project is to analyze the 314th Contracting Squadron contracting processes and requirement target areas for improvement efforts by the application of the Contract Management Maturity Model (CMMM) and the associated Contract Management Maturity Assessment Tool (CMMAT) at the 314th Contracting Squadron.
