Spintronic Nanodevices Defines by Nanolithography

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to document the results of the complete effort for this project, which was to explore the possibilities of employing nanoparticles, nanostructured thin films, and nanowires in spintronic nanodevice fabrication by using e-beam lithography techniques at AMRl-UNO.
