Navy-wide Personnel Survey (NPS) 2005: Summary of Survey Results

Abstract

The Navy-wide Personnel Survey (NPS) is a work-life study that has been administered since the early 1990's. This survey focuses on topics such as job satisfaction, morale, organizational commitment, leadership, detailing, career progression, and career intentions. This report contains a narrative description of the major findings from this survey. In addition, it provides comparisons between major demographic groups as well as comparisons to data from previous administrations.
