Abstract

This is the tenth data report for the Arctic Buoy Program; it covers the period from 1 January 1989 through 31 December 1989. The data were processed as detailed in previous reports. This program was coordinated with research and monitoring activities of the Canadian Atmospheric Environment Service, Mineral Management Service, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Norwegian Polar Research Institute, and the Norwegian Meteorological Institute.
