Strategic Vision: A Selected Bibliography

Abstract

Strategic Vision is an enduring theme at the U.S. Army War College. Compiled in support of this theme, this selected bibliography reflects books, documents, periodical articles, and a number of web sites. Please note that the majority of references to military-related materials on vision may be found in the third part of the bibliography titled "The U.S. Military and the Future." With a few notable exceptions, the materials in this bibliography are dated 2004 to the present. For older materials, please see the bibliography titled "Strategic Vision: A Selected Bibliography," dated July 2004. All items are available through the U.S. Army War College Library. For users' convenience, at the end of the entries, the authors have added Library call numbers, Internet addresses, or database links. Call numbers indicate the item's shelf location in the War College Library; please note that call numbers can vary from library to library. Web sites were accessed during March 2008. This bibliography and others, compiled by the college's research librarians, are available online through the Library's home page at http://www.carlisle.army.mil/library/bibliographies.htm.
