MATE (Mentale Aspecten van Team Effectiviteit) (MATE (Mental Aspects of Team Effectiveness))

Abstract

MATE is a model that gives insight in the stages of team development by integrating the views on team effectiveness from both the military organisation and organisational psychology. Based on this theoretical framework, a practical handout was developed that supports commanders in recognizing and identifying the stages of the development of their own team.
