Abstract

A briefing on the distribution of illness and injury casualties during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Casualties were categorized by type of illness or injury, using ICD-9, and the researchers sought to discover if the number and types of casualties varied by phase of OIF, branch of service and gender.
