Resampling Statistics for the F-22A Lot 5 Suitability Analysis

Abstract

Resampling statistics can often be used to infer the properties, or characteristics, of the fundamental population by using a representative population. This presentation will: 1) describe the F-22A Lot 5 suitability testing problem, 2) show the importance of the power/consumer risk in the suitability analysis, 3) show how confidence/power levels can be derived using Resampling Statistics, and 4) interpret the baseline results, both visually and statistically.
