The IMAST quarterly newsletter is published by the Institute for Manufacturing and Sustainment Technologies of the Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State, University Park, PA. IMAST is sponsored by the U.S. Navy Manufacturing Technology Program, Office of Naval Research.
