JTAC and FAC(A) Training: How History Illustrates the Path to the Future

Abstract

Current USMC JTAC and FAC(A) training is unfocused and out of touch with both historical trends and the modem battlefield. Controller training and manning must be reexamined and refocused to ensure it remains relevant in the future.
