Abstract

The Air and Space Power Journal is published quarterly and is the professional flagship publication of the US Air Force. It is designed to serve as an open forum for the presentation and stimulation of innovative thinking on military doctrine, strategy, tactics, force structure, readiness, and other matters of national defense. Articles in this issue concern terrorism, Iraq, air power, space power, effects based operations, military doctrine, aircraft industries, women pilots in the Brazilian air force, and air warfare.
