Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs Strategic Plan 2009

Abstract

The primary responsibility of the DoD Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is to advise the Secretary of Defense on all matters related to small business. We develop small business policy and provide oversight to ensure compliance by all Military Departments and Defense Agencies. The OSBP exemplifies the lean organization Organized functionally, it is comprised of two main divisions: Program Operations, and Plans and Policy.
