F-18 Multinational Coproduction Issues

Abstract

In this article, the author shares with the reader some impressions he has gained from being associated with F-18 international coproduction programs. Frederick H. Barnes has been continuously engaged in the management of U.S. Navy aircraft for security assistance programs since 1969. He is currently the U.S. Navy's F-18 aircraft foreign military sales pre-sale manager, specializing in coproduction matters.
