Air Force Civil Engineer is published quarterly as a funded newspaper by the Professional Communications staff at the Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency, Tyndall AFB, Fla. This publication serves the Office of The Civil Engineer, HQ U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C.
