The Fundamental Structure Function of Oscillator Noise Models

Abstract

Continuous-time models of oscillator phase noise x(t) usually have stationary nth differences, for some n. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate an easy way to computing a class of time-domain oscillator stability measures known collectively as the Structure Function.
