Implementing the Preserve America Executive Order: Coordinating DoD's Section 3 Response

Abstract

An assessment of the current status of DoD's historic properties, the general condition and management needs of such properties, and the steps underway or planned to meet those management needs is being prepared. This assessment includes a review of DoD's regulations, management policies and operating procedures for compliance with sections 110 and 111 of the National Historic Preservation Act, to include making any necessary revisions or amendments to bring these items into compliance.
