Military Review is published bimonthly by the U.S. Army, CAC, Fort Leavenworth, KS. It presents professional information, but the views expressed herein are those of the authors, not the Department of Defense or its elements. This issue discussed topics such as military operations in Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan, humanitarian assistance programs, protection of arts and antiquities in wartime, international law and slavery, organized crime and narco-terrorism in Mexico, conflict in Northern Ireland and book reviews and letters to the editor.
