Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Activities Way Forward

Abstract

The military's problem with modeling and simulation (m&s) is that it is not keeping pace with complexity of operations, e.g., Irregular Warfare, to experiment, test and train. The military needs tools to better understand the non-kinetic battle space. This briefing looks at the complexity of managing joint modeling and simulation.
