This environmental compliance assessment manual is based on Air Force Instructions and Department of Defense documents that apply to installations overseas. It is intended for use by the United States Air Force and should be used in conjunction with a manual based on the Final Governing Standards for the relevant host nation. This version supercedes all previous versions.
