Structural Optimization for Blast Mitigation Using HCA

Abstract

The blast mitigation design problem can be reduced sub problems as given. Each reduc tion in problem formulation feeds backs into the systgem above. Design objecti9ves for each sub problem are selected with the overall problem in mind.
