The Army Medical Department Journal is published by the Surgeon General by the U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. It provides clinical and non-clinical professional information designed to keep U.S. Army Medical Department personnel informed of health care, research, and combat and doctrine development information. The main theme for this issue was Leadership in the Army Medical Department. Also are included are articles on ultrasonography for advanced regional anesthesia and cardiovascular risk factor.
