The combined capabilities and performances of U.S. weapons systems are unmatched throughout the world, ensuring that our military forces have the tactical edge over any adversary. The $210.0 billion represents the total FY 2010 funding for procurement and development for both the Base and Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) requests.
