Operational Focused Simulation

Abstract

In an effort to advance warfighter capabilities, the Air Force must research new technologies to improve overall effectiveness, including real-time decision making, dynamic situational assessment, dynamic prediction, and course of action analysis through operationally focused simulations. The objective of this effort was to define, develop, and implement an environment to support Operational Focused Simulation (OFS) exercises, while assisting the Air Force Research Laboratory in the design and execution of exercises and experiments. RRS provided systems engineering, systems evaluation development, integration, test and development and subject matter expertise to support operationally focused modeling and simulation development activities.
