Management of the Commander's Emergency Response Program for Fiscal Year 2005

Abstract

The objectives of this audit were to determine whether the Multi-National Force-Iraq 1) implemented controls to effectively manage FY 2005 Commander's Emergency Response Program(CERP) projects, funds and records 2) effectively coordinated CERP projects, where appropriate, with the Department of State and the US Agency for International Development to optimize available resources for the sustainment of projects and the reconstruction of Iraq.
