OBJECTIVE: Investigate performance of self-synchronizing teams * Understand how teams collaborate in situations characterized by high stakes, time pressure and uncertainty. PROBLEM: Teams have difficulty coordinating their actions in real-time QUESTION: How can we support teams operating in rapidly changing environments?
