Interoperability Policy Roadmap

Abstract

The labyrinth of interoperability policy can present many obstacles to unwary, unsuspecting C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence) or M&S (Modeling and Simulation) system developers and users. This paper provides a roadmap to help weary developers and users find their way through this complex, confusing, and often frustrating maze of policies.
