Abstract

This issue of the JCOA Bulletin focuses on Hurricane Katrina and the lessons learned in dealing with this monumental disaster. This issue begins with four articles written by JCOA analysts, based upon their research and analysis of the events surrounding Katrina. The last two articles were provided from other sources.
