Real-time Kinematics Global Positioning System (GPS) Operation and Setup Method for the Synchronous Impulse Reconstruction (SIRE) Radar

Abstract

The report provides a description of the Real-time Kinematics (RTK) global positioning system (GPS) operation and setup procedures to provide real-time position data for the Synchronous Impulse Reconstruction (SIRE) radar. These accurate position data allow proper real-time focusing of radar images and preserves image quality on a moving platform.
