Abstract

Our vision for the Army Aviation Technology Center of Excellence (ATCoeE) is that of an organization, based at Redstone Arsenal with global reach, that will implement mechanisms for matching research, development, technology, and testing needs to research, development, technology, and testing solutions that focus on the warfighter's current needs and orienting the next generation of aviation research, development, technology, and testing to the Army's future requirements/threats. Our mission is to establish an aviation land based vertical lift and unmanned air systems Research, Development, Acquisition, Test, Evaluation and Sustainment (RDATES) Center of Excellence to assist all partners in meeting their unit/agency present and future missions through collaboration, sharing, teaming and partnering.
