The National Security Strategy of the Republic of Albania

Abstract

The National Security Strategy of the Republic of Albania is a document of national character; it is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Albania; it reflects the development of state policies for the security of citizens, the society and Albanian democratic state against external and internal risks and threats. The legislation and activity in the field of security of the Republic of Albania conforms to the standards and principles of a democratic state, in compliance with the international acts. The security of the country is guaranteed by effectively accomplishing the national interests in a timely and effective manner.
