An Autonomous Metric (Polytope-Convex Hull) for Relative Comparisons of MIQ

Abstract

A means of measuring machine intelligence is presented. The technique is based on geometric procedures and works best on relative comparisons across different entities, rather than absolute comparisons of intelligence.
