Tight Left Upper Lobe Collapse from Lung Cancer

Abstract

to our emergency department with worsening dyspnea on exertion. Chest radiographs and chest CT revealed tight left upper lobe collapse from an obstructing left hilar mass. In this full-text version, we present a more detailed discussion of this case and the spectrum of tight pulmonary lobar collapse.
