Abstract

This project assessment was initiated as part of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction's continuing assessments of selected activities funded by the International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement fund. This project assessment was conducted in accordance with the Quality Standards for Inspections issued by the President's Council on Integrity and Efficiency. The assessment team included a professional engineer/inspector and an auditor/inspector.
