Refurbishment of the Kurdistan Regional Government Ministry of Interior Complex Under the Commander's Emergency Response Program Erbil, Iraq

Abstract

This project assessment was initiated as part of Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction's continuing assessments of projects funded under the Commander's Emergency Response Program. The overall objectives were to determine whether Commander's Emergency Response Program-funded projects are complying with the terms of their contracts or task orders and to evaluate the effectiveness of the monitoring and controls exercised by administrative quality assurance and contract officers.
