COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (CR&D) Delivery Order 0063: Flexible and Transparent Electronics (FAT) Development

Abstract

This research in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory Materials and Manufacturing Directorate was conducted at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio from 20 September 2006 through 31 January 2008. This task exploited the unique electronic and optical properties of nanocrystalline thin metal oxide films to fabricate affordable electronic circuits on large area flexible substrates.
