Abstract

This regulation is reissued under the authority of DoD Directive 5400.7 "DoD Freedom of Information Act Program," September 29, 1997. It provides guidance on the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act, as amended by the "Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996."
