Abstract

We are providing this project assessment report for your information and use. We assessed the design and construction work being performed at the 402nd Battalion Iraqi Army Headquarters Barracks, Al Hillah, Iraq to determine its status and whether objectives intended will be achieved. This assessment was made to provide you and other interested parties with real-time information on a relief and reconstruction project underway and in order to enable appropriate action to be taken, if warranted. The assessment team included an engineer/inspector and an auditor/inspector.
