The Guardian newsletter is published for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff by the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Division of the J3 Deputy Directorate for Antiterrorism/Homeland Defense to share knowledge, support discussion, and impart lessons and information in an expeditious and timely manner.
