An Annotated Bibliography of Studies and Reports Produced by the Advanced Decision Architectures Consortium of the Collaborative Technology Alliance from 2001 to 2010

Abstract

The purpose of the Advanced Decision Architectures (ADA) Collaborative Technology Alliance (CTA) was to design, test, and transition new cognitive and computer science innovations to facilitate better Soldier understanding of the tactical situation, more thorough evaluation of courses of action, and, ultimately, better and more timely decisions. The ADA CTA was conducted from 2001 to 2009, with final reports being published in 2010. It had four research area technical objectives: (1) cognitive modeling and metrics, (2) team communication and collaboration, (3) context-sensitive information presentation, and (4) fusion and intelligent architectures. This annotated bibliography documents the ADA CTA body of work and provides glimpses, through report abstracts, of the work performed in pursuit of each of these technical objectives.
