The California Central Coast Research Partnership: Building Relationships, Partnerships, and Paradigms for University-Industry Research Collaboration
Abstract
The primary purpose of this project is to carry out applied research and development projects and build research capacity in areas of interest to the Department of Defense and the Office of Naval Research. Research areas include communications, computing, command and control, sensors, coastal monitoring, force protection and performance, new materials and devices, data acquisition, imaging technologies, autonomous vehicles and robots, alternative energy sources and energy efficiency, logistics.
