RNA Regulation of Estrogen

Abstract

A protocol has been designed and optimized for obtaining RNAs that bind to Estrogen. The identification of these RNAs using micro-array based technology has lead to a list of RNAs. Characterization of the role estrogen plays in regulating these RNAs in a cellular environment is currently underway.
