Abstract

We developed and evaluated a retention counseling training program targeted at influencing factors identified as important to company grade officers' retention decisions, documented in Johnson, Houston, Foldes, Cullen, Stellmack, Ervin, Schneider, & Duehr (2009; ARI Technical Report number pending). This Research Note includes the training manual for participants and serves as an appendix to Johnson et al.
