PRIMUS/NAVCARE Cost-Effectiveness Analysis

Abstract

This document presents an analysis of issues related to the cost-effectiveness of PRIMUS/NAVCARE clinics. The analysis was conducted as part of an evaluation of PRIMUS/NAVCARE Evaluation (Lewin/ICF, May 1991). The evaluation focused upon the impact of these clinics on access to care, MTF overcrowding, and the cost of providing care, along with an assessment of some aspects of quality.
