Abstract

This report details the results of a unique research effort to identify and incorporate the knowledge levels and skills sets needed by entry-level, government security managers into a four-year college degree curriculum. The report details the curriculum and course content for both a new Security Operations Management Track in the established B.S. in Global Security and Intelligence Studies Degree offered at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a model 4 -year college curriculum for a BS degree in Security Operations Management
