Provide an overview of inpatient, outpatient and plan MHS surveys TRICARE Inpatient Satisfaction Survey TRICARE Outpatient Satisfaction Survey Healthcare Survey of DoD Beneficiaries Discuss survey results and key drivers of satisfaction- comparison of all three surveys Provide recommendations on ways to improve the patients' healthcare experience throughout the MHS.
