Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin (MIPB). Volume 37, Number 2, April-June 2011

Abstract

The U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence publishes the Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin (MIPB) quarterly under the provisions of AR 25-30. MIPB presents information designed to keep intelligence professionals informed of current and emerging developments within the field and provides an open forum in which ideas; concepts; tactics, techniques, and procedures; historical perspectives; problems and solutions, etc., can be exchanged and discussed for purposes of professional development. In addition to all the great articles and book reviews, the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) contributed its lessons learned on intelligence operations during Rotation 11-01 for this issue. The 3rd BCT, 82nd Airborne "Panthers" paratroopers deployed to the JRTC at Fort Polk and conducted the first full spectrum operation rotation in eight years.
