Abstract

Executive Summary: Establish a process through which military training of Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, and Coast Guard forces (hereafter referred to as military personnel) in certain trades/skills is certified by the Federal, state and civilian credentialing authorities and employers, therefore reducing the time to employment.
