Guidelines for Commanders and Staffs: How to Incorporate Cross Cultural Awareness into Syllabi/Curricula and Training Programs

Abstract

Coalition Forces are engaged and operating in complex environments where incorporation of local culture into the decision making process becomes paramount. Personnel working in the education and training realms within the military will have to identify, establish and develop methodologies, curricula and proper programs to educate militaries and train forces on the importance of integrating cultural awareness into operations.
