Exploration of New Principles in Spintronics Based on Topological Insulators (Option 1)

Abstract

This is the final report of a project to develop techniques to prepare topological-insulator single crystals with sufficiently low bulk carrier density, and use them for the investigation of novel quantum phenomena in topological insulators for conceiving devices with unprecedented functionalities.
